I love the glasses. I originally had a set of 8, but 3 got broken over the last year. I wanted to add to my current set of 5. Now I have 9! I get all kinds of favorable comments about the gold-trimmed glasses. Everyone loves them!

I am rating this as only one star because one of the martini glasses showed up broken and I have reached out to Carlyle Ave via phone twice and via email twice to see how to get it replaced, and have not heard back from either mechanism.

I received an email stating that they were no longer in stock would I like a different set. My answer was no, please refund me. I have followed up three times via email with NO response and NO refund. This is UNACCEPTABLE customer service. I want my money back.
