The exterior is smooth camel leather — warm, tawny, and deeply familiar in the way that the best tan leather always is — stitched with precision and fitted with the same top carry handle, lower grip, and brass clasp as its companions in the Geneva collection. Open it and the interior diverges entirely from the wood-veneered versions: the playing field here is lined in a matte suede-like material in warm sand, its surface soft and slightly textural, the points cut in alternating taupe and matte black — an interior palette so considered it reads less like a game board and more like a fabric swatch from a very good upholstery house.
