The shape is borrowed from the rolling carts of old Paris brasseries, so it looks more like a piece of restaurant equipment from another era than a standard bar cart, and the casters mean it moves from living room to terrace without lifting a thing. At just under 27 inches wide and 31 inches tall, the top tier sits at a comfortable pouring height and the lower tier holds the backup bottles and a bucket. Steel and brass are heavy materials, which is what you want here: the cart stays put once parked and takes years of being wheeled around.
