Our Hanukkah Menorah shines brightly to commemorate the rededication of the Second Temple in Jerusalem in the 2nd century B.C. The Festival of Lights is celebrated for eight nights by lighting the menorah, playing dreidel, exchanging gifts and eating latkes (potato pancakes) and sufganiyot (jelly donuts).
