Three plaid trees, three heights, one box.

Each tree is glass with a gold and red plaid pattern over a slim, tapered form, and the set gives you three sizes at once, roughly 11.75, 15.25, and 18 inches tall. The staggered heights are the point; lined up together they make a small skyline rather than a row of identical pieces. At 3.5 to 4.25 inches across at the base they take up very little surface, which makes them easy to fit on a mantel with candles or a console that already has a lamp on it. Glass keeps the color bright from across the room, and up close it gives the plaid a depth that painted wood or resin doesn't have.

Set the tallest at the back or the center and the two smaller ones slightly forward so all three show.
